Use a plan that shows true orientation, entrance, room labels, stairs, toilets, kitchen, heavy storage and major open areas. State whether directions were measured on site and what instrument was used.
Describe the use of space
A commercial floor and a family home have different needs. Explain occupancy, work patterns, sleeping locations, renovation limits and any rented areas that cannot be changed. A recommendation that ignores budget, safety or building rules is not practical guidance.
Separate observation from promise
Vastu is a traditional spatial framework. It should not be used to guarantee business profit, cure illness or blame residents for misfortune. Where a structural change is unsafe or impossible, the responsible response is to acknowledge the constraint.

Structural alterations, electrical work, plumbing, fire safety and legal compliance belong to licensed professionals. Vastu suggestions must remain within those boundaries.
